Today, knowledge of AI is NOT Optional; it’s mandatory. No organization, be it an Accounting job, an Office Administration job, or a Manufacturing floor job, will hire people who do not have the relevant AI knowledge. Today, knowledge of AI is not only required for students who are studying Computer Science but also for every student, irrespective of their field of study. Even the Computer Science Students need to learn how to develop AI Agents, Vibe Coding and many more. However, what needs to be learned depends on each person’s career aspirations and the subject they are studying. Someone studying BA will have a different need for learning AI compared to someone studying Accountancy or Law. But it’s clear that if a student lacks knowledge of the relevant applications of AI, it becomes almost impossible for them to secure a job after graduation.

He had worked in various organizations wearing diverse hats like Software Trainer, Software Developer, PreSales Consultant, Learning and Development Leader, and Business Leader. After serving 26+ years in corporate, he started his own and founded Blessed IT Solution Pvt Limited.
Amit leverages his learnings and experiences from his corporate journey to solve two significant challenges in his organization.
- Identify and bridge the gap between academia and the Industry, offering the right training solution for the same. The differentiating factor is that each training program is tailored to meet industry demand and the students’ individual abilities.
