Offering 30+ years of extensive experience in directing all aspects of human resources, including Organizational Development; Talent Attraction; Talent Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Budget Management, performance management, and many more. He has extensive experience working with all four stakeholders involved in any Training or Talent Attraction.

He is appointed as a member of the Corporate Advisory Board of GLA University.

Swati Ganguly

Co Founder and Director – Education

Mrs. Ganguly is a passionate educator, Counsellor and Life Coach. She helps young people to shape up their career through training.

She is also an author.

Archana Krishnamurthy

Director and Board Member

Archana has been in leadership positions in corporate and instrumental in setting up over a dozen successful enterprises over the last 30 years of her professional career. Archana has mentored and coached many start-up entrepreneurs and corporate leaders. She is frequently invited as a motivational speaker by educational institutions, start-up forums, corporate houses, women forums and NGO’s. Archana is a certified Coach, Counsellor, Mentor, Facilitator, Motivational Speaker and Spiritual Seeker. She is also a Silverlight Research Expert and provides international corporate consulting. She is a ICF certified coach from Franklin Covey and NeuroLeadership Group. She is a certified transformational counsellor from Udemy Accredited Trainer.
