Recruitment Partnership
We work as a recruitment partner for small and mid-size IT organizations. We take the demand, search for the ideal candidates in the market. We also undertake the initial screening (to do a skill fitment with the demand) and the first round of technical interview before placing the students for the client interview. With this process, we reduce the load of talent acquisition and the project team.
Consultancy and Application Development
We help the clients to identify their problem area and provide solutions. If required, we also undertake application development and application migration for the clients.
