Based on your organization’s policy, you may float an RFP (Request for Proposal) or ask the training vendor to support your needs. In my 30+ years of experience, I have seen, that most of the time the requestor does not give the employee details (unless they have fixed the curriculum on their own).
What happens next is the most interesting part. Most of your training vendors will share a standard curriculum, duration, and cost. Very few organizations will ask you for a few more details before getting into the curriculum and duration.
